This interactive booklet is organized according to 8 Occupational and Health (OSH) themes:

All the themes follow the same struture with exception of "General OSH topics" due to the nature of its contents. The main structure is divided into the following 6 sections:

• video: an original video production aimed to introduce each OSH theme;
• what you need to know: key information about each theme;
• causes, effects, injuries: the main characteristics of the selected hazards;
• safety rules: essential safety and health recommendations concerning each hazard context, including personal and collective protective equipment;
• know more about: curiosities and/or advanced knowledge about each theme;
• hands on!: a set of diversified activities about each theme.

The interactive booklet “OSH! What a bright idea” is the result of the international project “Mind Safety - Safety Matters!”. It is aimed at young people aged 14-18 years old and addresses the issue of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) among youth and young workers.

The main purpose of the interactive booklet is to increase your awareness of OSH in your daily personal and professional lives and, in the long term, to raise levels of safety at work and to decrease the number of occupational accidents and diseases among young workers.
